AFTER THE SHOW...

L-R: Eric Carmen, Wally Bryson, Dave Smalley, Rick Springfield & Jim Bonfanti
-
Jim Bullotta was kind enough to send me a photo of The Raspberries with Rick Springfield after the October 21, 2005 L.A. House of Blues concert that was filmed for the 2-CD /1 DVD release "Live On Sunset Strip". Jim and Kent Hagen were Cinematographers of the show. Of course, it's great fun to see spirited photos like this one of true musical legends getting together for a visit. Thanks, Jim!

Wow, Rick Springfield still looks so good.;) I used to have a crush on him as a teenager, but I swear he looks better now than those twenty years ago.;)
Have a lovely Friday Michael,

musicians have a special bond. they relate to each other differently. there's a shared experience, an understanding of each other on a different level, especially if they have played together. you see it whenever musicians get together. it's like a family or kindred spirits or something.

Seraphine: That's very true of all musicians and a very good point! Kindred spirits! :)

Michael,

A good looking bunch in this pic. I confess that I too had a school girl crush on Rick, photos hanging in my room, the whole bit. LOL

And is that Eric Carmen of "All By Myself" fame? What a fantastic picture!
