MONDAY WITH RITA RUDNER!
For Monday, I felt like taking a break before getting back into serious blogging. While on an extended trip to Las Vegas, I managed to snag a front row ticket to see Rita Rudner at Harrah's. Before the show, I was fortunate enough to meet her backstage--a very funny lady who is Classy as well. If you go to Las Vegas, don't miss her show. Have a good week!

Morning, Patti: And cute! I was wearing a black shirt. She had a black dress and we had our photo taken and before the photographer snaps it she looks at me and says, "Hmmm? We match!" During the show she talked about having her 2 year old daughter and being in her 40's. "The way I see it, we'll both lose our teeth around the same time!" :D)
She has to be the funniest, yet cleanest comic working today. I'd love to go see her show. We have her HBO specials and a DVD that we laugh to all the time.
rita has been in the business for a long time, and she's very funny.
one of her all-time greatest lines is "i love being married. it's so great to find that one special person you want to annoy for the rest of your life."
that one cracks me up.
PM: Right you are! She's so Classy, she doesn't have to resort to being shocking. I laughed so hard my sides hurt (in a good way of course) :D)
Seraphine: I think all of us who had back stage passes to say "Hello" found her to be so natural and sweet. She is consistently voted the Number 1 Comedienne in Las Vegas and I will always make it a point to go back. She is a riot!!! :D))
What an exciting evening. I remember her from TV shows from my time in the US.;) She always made me laugh with her "matter of fact" humour.:)

It was amazing to meet a star who was so funny and down to earth. Everyone left the theater feeling great! Smiles to U!!!
I'm so jealous! Tix and front row! I'm also happy you had a grand time. Her comedy appeals to me.
gel: We had our photos taken back stage and she joked with me because she wore a long length black gown and I had on a black button down dress shirt. There we stood arm in arm and of course she has to be funny by saying: "Hey, look. We match!":D) A Fun girl. I adore her.
