RICH MACKNEY COMING UP ON "THE INTERVIEW"!
Yours Truly with Rich Mackney at his Birthday Party!-
Note from Michael: If any of you live in Arizona and plan on attending this event, please introduce yourself to me. I'll be at the event described below.
-
While I am transcribing the visit I had with Brian and Janelle Jones for my Blog feature, "The Interview", I wanted to mention a future Guest as well. Rich Mackney is a dear friend of mine. We met 14 months ago during Athletic Physical Rehabilitation while I was undergoing rehab on my right shoulder following a fall I sustained at home last year.

Rich was diagnosed with Lou Gehrig's Disease (ALS). There is no effective treatment for this disease but a few weeks ago, Rich went to the Nepsis Clinic and lab for a stem cell transplant. This lab is on the cutting edge of Restorative and Regenerative Medicine. The lab used a novel, patent pending technique that makes it possible to vastly increase cell replication rates. These new stem cells will hopefully restore motor neuron function. This technology is so revolutionary that the patent attorney who filed the patent application, John Connors, JD called it "the most incredibly inventive cell replication method he had ever seen". No patent for accelerating cell replication anywhere in the world comes close, according to Mr. Connors, who has more than 30 years experience in the field.-
Together we can Help Rich offset the cost of his recent stem cell transplant & Win the Fight against ALS.

So many of these events happening now both locally and afar. Makes one really be thankful for their own personal health and that of those around them.
Ah, I wish I lived in Arizona, I so would attend this event.
I think it is very admirable how you engage yourself in the life of the less fortunate ones.

DJ DAVY: True. I present this only as a cool opportunity for those who have an interest to participate here in Arizona or from a distance. Thanks for stopping by! :)
Protege: lol to you! I am most fortunate in knowing Rich, as his friendship means so much to me! He is a fascinating man, quick with a smile and a fine gentleman who is beloved by many. He will Win! In fact, we are assembling a team for ALS Day here in Phoenix to push Rich's wheelchair to raise funds for ALS and I have signed up as a team member. Very cool! :)
i like that: warrior fund.
because it takes bravery to live day to day for just the average person, much more for those who undergo treatments for serious medical conditions.
and kudos for caregivers, medical personel and people like you, michael, who support these beautiful people.
Seraphine: Rich is a truly exceptional person who makes everyone feel comfortable. He is a Warrior when it comes to facing ALS and a positive possibility thinker who sees the best in others as a true gentleman. His accomplishments are many, but what he is doing today and tomorrow is just as important. He has brought together so many of we friends, and I am blessed and honored to be among them! :D)
ALL: Remember...if you can't join me, you can contribute to Rich's fund listed here. Thanks for the Love!
