TUESDAY THOUGHTS...

My Pastor is an awesome guy. I've known him now for 23 years and last night he and his wife sent me some powerful thoughts. Here is but a handful for your Tuesday:
-

There are at least 2 people in this world who you would die for. And...at least 15 people in this world who love you in some way.

Every night, SOMEONE thinks about you. You mean the world to someone.

When you make the biggest mistake ever, something good comes from it.

You are special and unique. Someone you don't even know loves you.

Good friends are like stars, you don't always see them but you know they are there.

All of the quotes give you pause to contemplate.

Great quotes. It reminds me of the Desperate Housewives episode from Sunday night where their neighborhood handyman suddenly passed away and each of the five women remembered how he affected them and helped changed their lives -- though none of them actually told him so. It did make me wonder if I've ever had an affect like that on someone else or simply put, how much I matter to those around me.

Good things to consume and tuck away. And I agree with Becky's post. I saw that episode too and it goes hand in hand with those thoughts :)

P M: In Blake Edwards' film, "That's Life with the late Jack Lemmon, Julie's character opines to her daughter, "I don't know how many times a day that I unintentionally turn my back on someone and miss out on what they have to offer me out of love". I think my Pastor's comments address this well too! Glad you concur!

Carolyn: The notion of housewives who are "desperate"...ugh! Many snares there. But I understand! As you can tell, I've never watched the show. :)
