Tomorrow we look at a largely overlooked film that was not well received by the public upon it's release, but is regarded as a screen gem today! On Thursday, we return to "Friday Movie Suggestion Night".
Patti: Yes, and I am so surprised how little the media does to reveal what an intelligent person she was. Certainly not the breathy, ditz Hollywood painted of her. Her death is a tremendous loss at such a young age. Shame on the FBI for concealing with their black markers her "file" (or for even having a file on her). They owe us the truth as does the Los Angeles Police Department about the circumstances of her death.
Seamus: Hey, I'm glad I piqued your interest. It will be worth the wait!
Michael..you know that I´m a huge fan of Marilyn.., and I love this photo you post..one of the last pics from Something´s got to give, right??.. Her death is still a mystery..:(..hope one day it will be discover the real truth! Love, Maria
Maria: Yes. I learned for example that Dr. Engleberg gave her a sedative by injection that day and then didn't tell her psychiatrist Dr. Greenson, who missed key clues. He was never the same after her death. Awful. I have a family friend who heard audio tapes of how she really spoke and it was NOTHING like those breathy movie roles. A young woman of history now.

She's gorgeous!
Since my cinema sense has failed me here, I suppose I'll have to wait until tomorrow!

I adore Marilyn. My head is filling with guesses. One of her last movies... the one with... where the critics said she was too dark ...

You made me very curious, Michael.
Dianne: Her story as I've read up on Marilyn is a human one.
Utenzi: Great! I think you'll find it all fascinating!!
