NEWSSTAND AND DELIVER!
>______________________________
It's a great way to end a busy day when a business article comes out and tickles the funny-bone. Pictured above is the issue with my article "Gordon Bethune Speaks His Mind". This one will be talked about--I have no doubt. Since we work ahead at the magazine, this is actually the July 2007 issue that goes on sale on the US and Canada newsstands from Tuesday, June 5 (Saturday, 23 June in UK). It's so rewarding for an Interviewer like me when your Guest feels comfortable enough early on to let down their guard and just "go flat-out". And that's what Gordon did. He never flinched from my questions. (I Blogged on ApriI 29th with a slew of Gordon's philosophical quotes). He is hysterical. I like to think that Mike Wallace would read my latest installment and say, "That's a damn good interview!" But then, most of us who enjoy writing would love Mike's approval anyday! I'm posting late today folks, because I was on deadline for another project. But I hope that your Tuesday went as well for you as it did for me!

Congrats Michael, on a good Tuesday! Good dayd are always, well, good ;)
Good deal! Makes wants me fly someplace so I can look it in print, then steal it... mail to you I get it autographed, have you mail in to back... then I hopple to the mailbox to get it back home... I'll now I need to take a nap from exhaustion. lol
patti_cake: I agree. Any good day is great. Enjoy yours today!
Denny: Many think this is one of the seatback magazines aboard aircraft. They are usually at Barnes & Nobles of Borders bookstores under "Transportation".
and what kind of recreation to get going to Barnes or Borders?
This is brilliant news for you, it's so rewarding to see your work in print. I am compiling some text at the moment for a book on political sleaze written by bloggers in the UK. I wonder if you have done this in the USA too.
Denny: Well, it is a good 'people-watching'scene too from the coffee area!
ellee: No, that's not my area. But I admire you for being able to do it! In fact, it's the 'people equation' that allows me to enjoy my freelance work with Airways now and then. You might not expect that from an airline industry magazine, but many fascinating personalities are "behind the scenes".
That cover looks awesome. I'm jealous. (And can't wait to read the interview.)
GW: I'm thrilled you would read it! :)
Michael, congrats on another (I am sure) great article! I will have to see if I can find the magazine when it comes out. You have such a talent for writing.
Happy belated Memorial Day to you and your mom. My mom is still with me visiting, but soon I drive her back to Phoenix and vacation myself for a week. Looking forward to sleeping in and hanging out by the pool. LOL.
Best wishes as always,
Ally
Ally: Thanks! Sounds like you have a good plan!
