Michael, thank you again for posting this walk down memory lane.
I am absolutely terrified of planes. I do appreciate the histroy lesson and the nice thought of including those who made PAM AM great. I had no idea about the different types of aircraft.
Thank you for your christmas letter and have a wonderful christmas and new year.Im sure the christmas angel will be smiling on you after all the hard work you did in raising money for Sahara.
Michael, great retrospective and job on this!
Merry Christmas to you and yours!

dampk9: While a difficult time of ther year to draw the attention of readers, I DO feel many, many people worldwide came by as lurkers and many more will be by in the months ahead who Google Oan Am. I so appreciate your kind words and wish you a Merry Xhristmas and a Happy New Year!
bella: Your sweet comment reminded me about my mother as a child. She would glue together wooden model aircraft with tissue paper over the wings and she knew the different type of aircraft such as a Sikorsky, a Martin or a Fokker. My Editor at Airways, John Wegg and I laugh at how we American's pronounce "Fokker" with an incorrect accent on the "O". lol! Once you fly often, as I do bella, I think you'll understand that flying is safer than crossing a street. Also when you understand that even in an engine-out event, today's aircraft can glide to a landing from miles above. There is never one second that an aircraft is not being tracked at it's exact position worldwide. I hope this will help you gradually become a more comfortable flyer. It is a great way to get from Point A to Point B quickly!!
Hellbunny: You are so cool and I appreciate your kind words about the Tour Bus Project. I am still receiving photos from that event and they will be posted once we have disassembled Page 2 of my Gallery on the main website and fixed it up. Please remember to say "HI!" to Sahara this holiday season. I'm sure she's excited by her many new friends and more to come. Like YOU, my dear! lol!!!
Ally: lol! You are such a sweetheart and really added loads of fun to our swell group in Cape Girardeau. Let's keep up the support for Sweet Sahara now as she moves forward to heal!!!
